What is Our Design Service? Our design service is all about creating your perfect space. Whether it's a single room or your entire home, our team works closely with you to bring your vision to life. Our services are structured into three tiers to cater to your specific needs and budget: Tier 1: 2D Rendering - $300 Ideal for those looking to remodel and change layouts. This tier provides 2D renderings to showcase the layout changes you desire. Tier 2: 3D Rendering - $500 Perfect for remodeling and renovation projects where you want a detailed visualization of your vision. This tier is particularly beneficial if you plan to oversee the project yourself or take a DIY approach. Tier 3: 3D Rendering + Home Design | $500 deposit + $2 per square foot Choose this option for a full-service design experience, including 3D rendering, materials selection, and acquisition. This tier is recommended if you have accepted a proposal with us for construction. Example Kitchen: 100 - 300sqft = $200 - $600 Bathroom: 25 - 200sqft = $50 - $400 Whole home, basement or addition: 1000 - 4000sqft = $2000 - $8000 Service Process Our service process is designed for clarity and effectiveness, ensuring that we bring your design dreams to reality seamlessly: Step 1: Consultation and Questionnaire Begin by filling out a simple questionnaire, followed by a consultation call with our expert team. This initial step helps us understand your needs and vision. Step 2: Site Visit Our dedicated team will conduct a site visit to measure and assess your space. This step is crucial to gather accurate information for the design and construction process. Step 3: 3D Renderings We will provide you with detailed 3D renderings that vividly depict the potential of your space. This step allows you to visualize the end result before any construction begins. Step 4: Material Selection and Acquisition Our team will assist you in selecting materials that align with your style and budget. We can source a variety of materials, including cabinetry, counters, paint, tile, and more. Revisions Each service allows 2 minor revisions (non-structural). Cancellation Policy
Scheduling Appointments: Appointments for consultations, design meetings, and other services can be booked online or by phone during our regular business hours. Deposit: Some appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. The amount and refundability of the deposit will be clearly stated at the time of scheduling. Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email or text with the details of your appointment. Please review this to make sure everything is correct. Rescheduling & Cancellations: We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less notice may incur a fee as stated during the booking process. Late Arrivals: If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on our schedule, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule it for another time. No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notifying us may result in a no-show fee. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. Special Accommodations: If you have any special needs or requests for your appointment, please let us know at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements. Virtual Consultations: If your appointment is virtual, please ensure you have the required technology and internet connection. We're here to help if you have any tech-related questions. Revisions Clause: Each design service includes up to two minor revisions, which are non-structural adjustments to the initial plan. Should additional revisions be required beyond the included two, a fee of $50 per revision will be charged. For any structural changes, a rate of $50 per hour will apply. The fee applies to each set of requested changes, regardless of the scope of the revision. Structural changes may also necessitate the involvement of our architect or engineer, whose services will be billed separately. All revision requests must be clearly communicated in writing to ensure accurate and timely implementation. Clients are encouraged to provide detailed feedback during the initial design phase to minimize the need for additional revisions and ensure the project progresses smoothly. Privacy & Personal Information: Your contact and payment information will be handled securely and only used for booking and appointment-related communication.
